• Attendance: When you schedule a session (consultation, session, package, or class) with Find Your Voice Coaching Services, LLC (or "FYV"), you receive a confirmation email with your session date and time along with the Zoom link for said date and time. You also receive REMINDER EMAILS for your session 24 HOURS before start time and 1 HOUR before start time. Please make arrangements to be stationary in an appropriate environment (home, closed office/room that allows for comfortable singing) and log onto your session on time. FYV is not responsible for reminding you about your session out of the 2 reminder emails previously mentioned.

• Missed Session: If for any reason, you do not log onto your session without any notice via text/call/email, you will forfeit your session and will not be able to reschedule or obtain a refund/credit. At FYV, we work hard to make sure that we have the most available hours possible for our clients. Missing your consultation/session with no notice denies other potential and current clients of that time.

• Punctuality (30-minute Sessions): If you have a 30-minute consultation/session and you are more than 10 minutes late to your session without any notice prior to your start time, you will have forfeited that session and will not be able to reschedule or obtain a refund/credit. If you are late but within the 10-minute grace period, those minutes will be deducted from your session time, as your session cannot be pushed back to make up for lost time if you are late. FYV is not responsible for contacting you if you are late to your session.

• Punctuality (1-hour sessions): If you have a 1-hour session and you are more than 15 minutes late to your session without any notice prior to your start time, you will have forfeited that session and will not be able to reschedule or obtain a refund/credit. If you are late but within the 15-minute grace period), those minutes will be deducted from your session time, as your session cannot be pushed back to make up for lost time if you are late. FYV is not responsible for  contacting you if you are late to your session.

• Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: All sessions, consultations, packages, and classes are non-refundable. If you purchase a session and wish to cancel, you must cancel no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting your session. If you cancel within the 24-hour window of your scheduled session, you will have forfeited your session and will not receive a refund or credit. If FYV has to cancel a client's session, that session will act as a credit toward your next available time to reschedule.

• Liability: You must disclose any medical issues during your first FYV session. By purchasing any sessions, you agree to take full responsibility for your voice. Under no circumstances will Find Your Voice Coaching Services, LLC be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, personal injury, death, or property damage of any kind or nature brought about before, during, or after any sessions with FYV.

• Privacy: All sessions are recorded for FYV's records and the client's personal reference. If you are not comfortable being recorded, please state your concern in your session. If FYV desires to use any audio, video or images from your sessions for marketing or promotional purposes, you will be contacted via FYV's email for permission and your signature on our release form before your image, audio or video is used. Any information exchanged in session is not to be shared by client in any way without FYV's permission.
